HIKING
Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environment.
In this blog , I am going to share my hiking experience and I am glad to write about it.
Every year our school takes the students to hiking , excursion , picnic , tour , etc.
This year we (students of grade 7) went to hiking with our teachers on
29 of Mangsir (2018/12/15). Our destination was Champpa Devi. There were
4 teachers with us on our hiking. Not all the students were present on
the day of hiking. We left our school at about 8:30 a.m. We travelled by
bus for about 1 hour. After we reached the place we started to walk.At
first there were some stairs and we climbed it.We clicked photos. At
first I walked with sagar, lakpa, bibek, Bijay sir , Bikram sir. We
were actually at last . And many of my friends where in the front with
Murari sir and Binita mam. As we were at last we walked very slowly ,
while we were walking we sometimes stopped to click photos. There in the
way was a resort named"HATTIBAN RESORT". There was going on a programme
called "WILDERNESS GET-A-WAY 2018" My friends who were in front with
Murari sir went to see the view but we ,who were at last didn't got the
chance to look at that beautiful view but , we also saw that scenery but
not from the top.The view was spectacular from there. After walking for
a long time , we stopped to have some tiffin. We clicked many photos
because we will have a photography competition . After we finished
eating tiffin we walked for sometime and we reached a place where we
kept our bags. Then we walked to the next hill. But we didn't go to the
top because it would take hours to reach the top. So we returned to the
place where we had left our bags. Walked for a long time , then we had
to jump off a wall , while jumping I had a little scratch on my hand .
Then we again had tiffin. After tiffin we went to a temple. Then walked
down and there the bus was waiting for us. We travelled back to our
school and reached at about 3:45 p.m.
It was fun to go on this hike though the roads on the hill were slippery
, difficult but I had a great time with my classmates and teachers.

The experience for tihar was wonderful. In this day we enjoyed a lot by using many “pataka” for the enjoyment. We also went to play “Deusi” and “Bhailo” for the excitement.
We the member of our family made rangoli and played over it with a
lot of excitement. We played rangoli with my friends as well as with my family.
We went to our father’s brother home to put tika.
Especially this day was wonderful for me and my sister.
The experience for dashain was wonderful as well. We the members of our family enjoyed a lot by receiving “tika” and “jamara”. We enjoyed that festival by singing as well as dancing. I played many games with my friends. We went to our relative’s house to receive blessings from them.
After that we
went to watch movie i.e. “Chakka Panja 3”. This movie really nice because this
movie has given so nice moral i.e. Education is essential for all the human
life especially children’s life and no one should be discriminated according
to their government school and private school. All children should be treated
nicely.

Rakshya Bandhan
Raksha Bandhan, also Rakshabandhan,[2] or Rakhi, is a popular, traditionally Hindu, annual rite which is central to a festival of the same name, and celebrated in South Asia, or among people of South Asian origin around the world. On this day, sisters of all ages tie a talisman, or amulet, called the rakhi, around the wrists of their brothers, symbolically protecting them, receiving a gift in return, and traditionally investing the brothers with a share of the responsibility of their potential care.[1] Differing versions of the rite have been traditionally performed by Hindus in northern India,[3][4][5] western India,[6] Nepal,[7] and former colonies of the British Empire to which Hindus had emigrated from India in the 19th-century. The expression "Raksha Bandhan," Sanskrit, literally, "the bond of protection, obligation, or care," is now principally applied to this ritual. Until the mid-20th-century, the expression was more commonly applied to a similar ritual in which a domestic priest ties amulets, charms, or threads on the wrists of his patrons and receives gifts of money; in some places, this is still the case.[8][9] The sister-brother festival, on the other hand, had various names, varying with location, with some rendered as Saluno,[10][11] Silono,[12] and Rakri.[8] A ritual associated with Saluno, for example, included the sisters placing shoots of barley behind the ears of their brothers.[10] Raksha Bandhan is observed on the last day of the Hindu lunar calendar month of Shraavana, which typically falls in August.
Father Day
My father is my teacher and my friend. He teaches me to do many interesting things. He loves to make pottery and I enjoy learning to make pottery from him.
My father also enjoys gardening. I too find it very interesting to help him in the many little tasks so we can have a beautiful garden. He takes care of the garden with a great deal of attention. My father enjoys learning new things and always shares it with me. It is interesting to learn when my father teaches me. He teaches me with love and patience.
My father is kind and helpful. He is happy when he can help the poor to bring a smile on their faces. My father is hard working and a perfectionist. I always try to obey what he tells me to do. When he scolds me for the mistakes I do I know it is for my good, and I try to correct myself. I want to be like my father and be successful in achieving my goals. My father loves me. He encourages me to do my best. He wants me to develop good values and morals and be a good human being.

teej
Teej is a festival celebrated by Nepali women, for the long life of her husband and long and firm relationship between them until the death this life and all the lives to come. Teej is observed for marital happiness, well-being of spouse and children and purification of own body and soul. Teej is the most famous festival among Nepali women.
The folk music and dances add more flavor to traditional values of Teej. It is fascinating to see women, in “Red” dancing and singing on the street, going to temple in holy and fasting mood. Teej is also called Hari Talika Teej. This festival is celebrated by Nepali Hindu women all across the world.
Teej is a small red insect that comes out of the soil during the rainy season. It is said Teej got its name from the same red insect. That is why Teej is celebrated in red.
When is Teej
Teej is celebrated on 3rd day of Bhadra Sukala Paksha (according to Nepali lunar calendar). It generally falls in late August or early September
Teej is traditionally dedicated to the Goddess Parvati, remembering her union with Lord Shiva. It is a three-day-long celebration that combines splendid feasts as well as rigid fasting.
Teej also welcomes and celebrates arrival of monsoon after a season of summer heat.
In 2072, Teej is on Sept 16, 2015. That is Bhadra 30, 2072.
